Mission & Outreach

The heart of any church is it's service to others

Fulfillment through serving and loving others

We endeavor to run a loving, supportive Missions program that reaches out to those in need whether they are locally based or around the world. Below are our mission opportunities if you are interesting in finding a greater purpose to help others.

Quarterly Mission

Kindness Café

Kindness Café

Pouring Cups of Kindness every Monday – Friday 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Location: 305 Hwy 71, Spring Lake Heights, NJ, 07762.

Kindness Café provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering a sense of belonging, dignity and purpose for employees and the community. Donors support the expansion of opportunities for adults with disabilities to find meaningful work at The Kindness Café.

Your monthly missions’ offerings will go towards Kindness Café.

Mission Opportunities

Cypress Missions

We support the efforts of a local humanitarian aid organization, Cypress Missions, led by a group of passionate New Jersey locals. Cypress aids locally, nationally and internationally by rebuilding homes, giving aid for school supplies or general needs for survival. Visit the website to get more information.

Food Pantry

We support the Manasquan area food bank with donations of food. You can visit the website to seek more information and see the list of items that the pantry is in need of most.

Plumpy Nut

Plumpy Nut is taking the country by storm and can aid in eliminating child hunger throughout the world! Each set of 3 bars purchased from donating a $1.50 will provide a child with a days’ worth of nourishment and calories. These bars are a nutrient rich nut-based food bar.

Refugee Assistance

We work closely with our classis (the Classis of New Brunswick) to meet the needs that exist for refugee families in Monmouth County.

Feeding those in need

We provide meals to those who are bereaved, ill or just need to know they are loved.

Changing Lives,
Changing Communities

Any amount of financial support, and any amount of time, that our members feel led to donate are always welcome. We have jars in the sanctuary for any donations to be given. Smaller donations go to feeding children in food-insecure situations, with the “Plumpy Nut” bar.
