Middle School Leadership
Middle School Leadership offers 6th through 8th graders the opportunity to assist with the Children’s Choir during rehearsals and liturgies, sing lead solos, and participate in music with the Children’s Choir, VBS, and the Praise Ensemble.

What to Expect
🎵 Sing & Lead
Middle schoolers sing with the Children’s Choir on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month and at rehearsals.
They are invited to sing with the Praise Ensemble and often perform solos.
During Vacation Bible School, they lead songs with high-energy videos and a variety of music.
🎼 Rehearse & Mentor
Leaders rehearse weekly with the Children’s Choir.
They:
Teach new songs
Help with instruments
Practice solos
Encourage and guide younger children
🙏 Gather & Serve
Middle school leaders gather before worship to warm up with the children and help prepare them for leading the congregation.
They also assist during services and support younger choir members with confidence and care.
🌿 The Blessing
6th through 8th graders are natural leaders who thrive when given meaningful opportunities to serve.
They earn service hours, build confidence, learn public performance skills (including microphone use and vocal projection), and deepen their faith journey.
Watching them grow in courage, leadership, and friendship is truly heartwarming.
